For fifty years we have used the same garden, the same water, the same shoreline. What we do is not showy, but it is measurable and it is continuous.
Energy and water
- Our hot water is heated by solar collectors.
- We record our electricity and water consumption regularly and compare it period by period.
- There is an AC charging point for electric vehicles in the car park.
- We leave daily towel changes to the guest: towels on the floor are replaced, towels on the rail are not.
Waste and nature
- We separate our waste, including hazardous waste, according to recycling principles.
- We protect the plant species native to the region in our garden and choose drought-tolerant species for new planting.
- We inform guests about water and energy saving in the rooms.
